MAC Utes Bike Carrier
Designed specifically for E-bikes and modern heavier bikes, this heavy-duty bike carrier mounts to MAC Utes lids fitted with crossbars—safely carrying bikes over 20kg with no wheel removal required.
Note: Due to the front bracket width, a maximum of two bike carriers can be installed on a 1250mm–1500mm crossbar kit.
The MAC Utes Bike Carrier is a purpose-built solution designed to safely and securely transport heavier bikes, including E-bikes, when mounted to a MAC Utes hard lid fitted with crossbars.
With the increasing popularity of E-bikes, many standard roof-mounted bike carriers are no longer suitable due to weight limitations. While tow ball-mounted carriers are a common alternative, they can limit your ability to tow trailers, boats, or caravans. The MAC Utes Bike Carrier solves this by providing a secure, elevated mounting option without compromising your towing capability.
Engineered to carry bikes over 20kg, this system is built for strength, stability, and ease of use. Manufactured using 4mm alloy chequer plate, 3mm alloy sheet, and stainless steel fixtures, and finished in a durable black powder coat, it is designed to handle demanding conditions while matching your MAC Utes hard lid.
The carrier mounts directly to crossbars fitted to your MAC Utes lid and is adjustable to accommodate a range of bike sizes. Designed with practicality in mind, it allows you to load and secure your bike without removing the wheels, making setup faster and more convenient.
The system is compatible with optional accessories such as the MAC Utes Bike Tie Down Kit, helping ensure your bikes remain secure when on the road or parked.
